November 7, 2013: The Court issues the landmark decision in Humphries v. New York-New York Hotel & Casino, 129 Nev. Adv. Op. 85 (Nov. 7, 2013). Ruling states in a negligent security case, injured patrons do not have to sue the intentional actor who attacked/injured them.
