Founding Attorney

Attorney Craig W. Drummond is a former U.S. Army Captain and Judge Advocate General. Craig served as a military prosecutor and trial counselor. He was deployed to Iraq, earning the Bronze Star Medal.

After an honorable discharge, Craig opened Drummond Law Firm in Nevada. Today he continues the fight, representing individuals and families in injury claims — taking on some of the most powerful corporations in the country, including Amazon, Walmart, Uber, Lyft and car manufacturers.

With over two decades as a licensed Attorney and more than 50 trials to
date, Craig resolves cases in the best way for each client — settlement, arbitration or trial. He is licensed in Nevada, Missouri and Kansas, admitted before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court, and is a graduate of Drake University and Drake University Law School.

Attorney Joey Tutone started his law career over a decade ago as a Circuit Court clerk. He then practiced personal injury and criminal law in the Washington D.C. area, before moving to Nevada and joining Drummond Law Firm.
